All payments for genesix Blocks are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment collection, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
Our service offers free and paid subscription tiers, billed monthly or annually. Current plan details and pricing are available at our pricing page.
All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, except as required by applicable law or as described in this policy.
We encourage you to use the free Stone plan to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until the billing period you have already paid for ends. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period.
When you change between paid plans:
Before any plan change is applied, you will see a summary of charges for your review and confirmation. To get the most value from your current plan, we recommend timing downgrades close to your next billing date.
You may downgrade from any paid plan to the free Stone plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
In exceptional circumstances, such as service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours or critical technical issues that completely prevent you from using our service, we may, at our sole discretion, provide service credits, extend your subscription period, or issue refunds. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create any obligation for future similar situations.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at billing@genesix.app. We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work with Paddle to resolve any payment processing errors.
Please do not file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us. Paddle contests chargebacks on our behalf, and unresolved disputes may result in account suspension.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at billing@genesix.app.
If you have used the service during the 14-day period, you may be charged a prorated amount for the usage before the withdrawal is processed.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where refunds are legally required beyond what is stated here, we will comply with local regulations.
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription. If we terminate your account for reasons other than Terms of Service violations, we may provide a prorated refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.
